How to fix "Missing Shipping Information" Error in Google Merchant Center?

Here, is the process that can help you add shipping information to your Merchant Center.

1 - Sign-in to your Merchant Center

Please visit https://www.google.com/retail/solutions/merchant-center/#?modal_active=none

Make sure you are using the same login as the one you have used to connect app with your Merchant Center.

2 - Click on Shipping.

3 - Click on Plus Icon to add Shipping Method.

4 - Name Method and Select Country of Targeting.

4.1 - Make sure you select the same country as target country of the feed.
4.2 - Select Day Range within which your products are to be delivered from the date of order.
4.3 - Skip Advanced Setting, that is irrelevant to Shopify Stores. 
4.4 - Click On Plus

5. Now you have to first be sure how are you charging Shipping in your Shopify Store. 

 - If you are not charging any shipping cost(Free shipping on all the products), kindly jump to #7 in this help doc.
 - If you are charging Shipping based on Weight of the Product, kindly jump to #8 in this help doc. 
 - If you are charging Shipping based on what carrier charges (Carrier Calculated Rates), kindly jump to #9 in this help doc. 
 - If you are charging Shipping On the basis of Order Value, please continue to #6.

6. If you are charging Shipping Based on Order Value:

Please follow the below-given screenshot. i.e. some amount of Shipping Charge up to certain order value than free shipping or another shipping charge for some range of order value and then free above that range.

Here, in this example, we have a store that charges $10 as a Shipping Charge on orders up to $49.99 and then on orders of $50 or above, there is free shipping.

If you are charging different Shipping Rates for the different range of orders. Please follow the below-given screenshot:

Now Save the Settings

7 - If you are providing Free Shipping on All Products, please follow the below-given screenshots

7.1 - If your all the products do not require shipping, like, Downloadable Softwares, Memberships, Licenses, etc...

7.2 - If you are actually shipping the products(applies to all the products) but not charging anything for the shipping.

8 - If you are charging Shipping Based on Weight of the product for all the products.

9 - If you are using Carrier Calculated Shipping Charges in the checkout.

Then Click on "Continue"

9 - Click On Save.

10 - Wait for 24 hrs. 

If you are getting Shipping Setting error for all of your products, complete the above-given settings and wait for 24 hrs to get those errors removed from the diagnostics page.

11 - Shipping Settings for Additional Countries. 

Shipping settings of Additional Countries follow the same process as given above.

You have to repeat the process given above for each additional country of target. So, you are adding 5 more countries while using additional country submission feature of the app. Make sure you set up shipping for all the additional countries. 
But, the only point to keep in mind is Shipping Setting Currency. Shipping Price Currency must be the same for all the additional countries and that should be your store's default currency and not the currency of targeting country.
