Overview

The Product Grouping feature gives you centralized control over which products participate in review requests and how they are organized within Proviews. Use it to show or hide products, enable or disable review request emails per product, and group related products together for streamlined review management.

Product Grouping

Navigation Tabs

Two tabs at the top of the page let you switch between active and hidden products:

Products: Displays all products currently visible and active within Proviews. This is your primary workspace for managing review requests and product settings.

Hidden Products: Displays products you have manually hidden from Proviews. Hidden products do not appear in review request workflows or widget listings.

Tip: A product count indicator below the tabs (e.g., Showing 10 of 12,950 Products) shows how many products are currently loaded versus the total synced from your Shopify store. Use search and filters to locate specific products in large catalogs.

Product Listing

The product listing displays all products synced from your Shopify store. Each row includes the following information:

Field	Description
Product Name	The product title as it appears in your Shopify store.
Product Status	Indicates whether the product is currently Active in your Shopify store.
Reviews Count	The total number of reviews collected for the product.
Q&A Count	The total number of customer questions submitted for the product.
Review Request Toggle	Controls whether review request emails are sent for this product after an order is fulfilled. See details below.

Review Request Toggle: Each product row includes a toggle on the right side that controls review request email eligibility for that specific product:

Toggle ON: Review request emails are sent to customers after an order containing this product is fulfilled.

Toggle OFF: Review request emails are not sent for this product, regardless of order fulfillment.

Tip: Turn off the review request toggle for products that are frequently returned, out of stock, or not yet ready for public feedback to keep your review queue clean.

Managing Product Visibility

You can hide or unhide products at any time. Changes take effect instantly.

Hide a Product

1. Open the Products tab and locate the product you want to hide.

2. Click the Hide Product toggle on that product's row.

3. The product moves immediately to the Hidden Products tab.

Unhide a Product

1. Open the Hidden Products tab and locate the product.

2. Toggle the switch to make it active again.

3. The product returns immediately to the Products tab.

Instant changes: Hiding or unhiding a product takes effect immediately, no save action is required.

Manage Product Group

The Manage Product Group section lets you create and organize named groups of products, making it easier to apply and manage review settings across multiple related products at once.

Action	Description
Create a group	Enter a custom group name and save it. The group appears in your product group list immediately.
Edit group name	Update the group name at any time. Click Edit to modify or Cancel to discard changes.
Add products	Click Select Product to add products to the group. All selected products appear in the group's product list.
Remove products	Remove individual products from the group without affecting the product itself or any of its existing reviews.
View group products	All products added to a group are visible in one consolidated list for easy management.

Note: Removing a product from a group does not delete the product or its reviews. It only removes the product from that group's configuration.

Search, Filter & Sort

Search Bar

Use the search bar to locate products by name or keyword, essential for navigating large catalogs efficiently.

Filter Options

Refine your product list using the available filter dropdowns:

Filter	Option	Description
Request Type	Active	Shows products with review request emails enabled.
Request Type	Inactive	Shows products with review request emails disabled.
Shopify Product Status	Active	Products currently live and for sale in your store.
Shopify Product Status	Archived	Products no longer actively sold but retained in your store records.
Shopify Product Status	Draft	Products created but not yet published to your storefront.

Tip: Click Clear to instantly reset all active filters and return to the full product list.

Sort By

Sort Option	Description
Newest First	Displays the most recently created or synced products at the top, useful for reviewing newly added products.
Oldest First	Displays the earliest created or synced products first, useful for auditing older products.
