If your Facebook page does not appear in Proviews after connecting your Facebook account, a page access permission is most likely missing. Follow the steps below to grant the correct access and restore the connection.

When does this happen?

This issue typically occurs when the Facebook account connected to Proviews has not been granted explicit access to the Facebook page you want to use. Granting access and reconnecting resolves it in most cases.

Step-by-Step Fix

1. Log in to your Facebook account and navigate to your Profile. Select the Facebook page you want to connect to Proviews.

2. Go to Settings & Privacy → New Pages Experience. Open Manage access to view and control who has access to your Facebook page.

3. Click Add New under People with Facebook Access and search for the Facebook user you want to grant access to. Once found, grant them page access.

4. After granting access, open your Facebook account and navigate to the page. Accept the invitation that appears to confirm your access to the page.

5. Return to Proviews and go to Marketing & Social Sharing → Social Account.

Disconnect your Facebook account and then reconnect it.

6. Once reconnected, your Facebook page will appear in the page selector. Select it to complete the connection.

Issue resolved! Your Facebook page is now visible in Proviews and ready to use for sharing reviews.
