Welcome to our White Glove Setup Service for SearchGro!

The White Glove Setup is our complimentary, end-to-end onboarding service where the SearchGro team handles the complete installation, setup, and configuration of our app on your Shopify store. No technical steps or effort are needed on your end.

We understand that not every merchant has time or resources to configure search tools—so we do it for you.

What’s Included in the Setup?

1. App Installation

We’ll install the SearchGro app directly from the Shopify App Store for you.

2. Theme Integration

Our team will enable the SearchGro widget and filters in the live or staging theme you choose.

3. Search Bar & Filter Setup

We’ll connect our smart search widget to your store’s search bar and apply filters on collection & search result pages.

4. Preference Configuration

Based on your store type and layout, we’ll adjust settings such as:

  • Search widget display
  • Filter behavior
  • Styling adjustments (if needed)

5. Testing & Verification

After setup, we test the integration across devices and pages to ensure everything is running smoothly.

6. Final Review

Once completed, we’ll send you a summary with screenshots, so you can review and approve the setup.

How to Request White Glove Setup for your Shopify store?

1. Install the SearchGro App (or let us do it for you)

2. Grant Shopify Store Access (Shopify store domain(e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com). So that we can send the Collaborator Request, you’ll receive a notification in your Shopify admin to approve the request)

  • Accept our Collaborator Request from your Shopify admin under:

 Settings → Users and Permissions → Collaborators

3. Tell Us Your Theme

Let us know which theme (live or staging) you’d like us to work with.

4. Sit Back and Relax

Our team will take care of the rest! Setup is usually completed within 24–48 hours.

Bonus: Custom Adjustments (If Required)

As part of this white glove service, we’ll also assist with:

  • Matching widget styles to your theme.
  • Adjusting placement of filters or search bar widgets.
  • Disabling Shopify's default product grid (to prevent duplicates).
  • Verifying on both desktop and mobile for smooth UX.
