Simprosys ("Company", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and your Personal Data (as defined below) in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other relevant data protection laws (collectively, "Data Protection Laws").

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, process, use, share, and protect Personal Data when you ("you" or "your store") use our Simprosys APIs Application.

Please read this Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your Personal Data. This Policy applies solely to our App. It does not apply to any other website, application/plugin, or service you may access through our App, each of which may have its own privacy policy.

When you sign up with our app, you will need to provide us with certain types of information from your e-commerce store. We will make it clear at the point of collection why specific personal information is requested.

If you contact us directly (e.g., for support), we may receive additional information such as your name, email address, phone number, the content of your message, and any other information you choose to provide.

Types of store information we collect & permissions we take:

Our app takes permissions to access the following information:

• Store Information: We collect basic details like the Shop Owner’s Name, Store Name, Store Domain, Address, Contact Email, Support Email, and Phone Number. This information is used solely to:
• Create and manage your account on our app.
• Send essential notification emails regarding process completion, data feed errors, or other issues that may impact your store's performance.
• Facilitate effective communication with store owners regarding plugin processes, updates, bug fixes, documentation changes, and any modifications affecting the plugin’s utility.
• Note: We use this personally identifiable information for direct communication with the store owner.

Product Information (Read Products Permission): This permission allows us to read product details such as Product Title, Description, Images, Prices, GTINs and SKUs, Variants, and their associated details. This permission does not provide us with access to any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of your individual customers.

Data Access via our public API:

Upon authentication with our App, we obtain necessary read/write permissions via the API to facilitate core functionalities, including:

• Webhooks: To create and manage webhooks for real-time updates.
• Coupons: To view and manage coupons.
• Customers: To view and manage customer data, primarily for features like Conversion API hashing (as detailed below) and delivery speed estimates.
• Orders and Sales Reports: To view and manage order details and sales reports for features such as Google Calculated Delivery Speed Estimates and Enhanced Conversion Tracking.

Products: To view and manage product information (titles, descriptions, images, prices, variants, etc.) for generating and optimizing product feeds.

3. How We Use Your Information

Our App does not share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of your customers with advertising platforms without your specific action or explicit request.

In most use cases, we do not collect, process, or store any information that can be considered personally identifiable information of your customers. However, when you choose to use specific Additional Features, we may temporarily access or process customer-related data as described below:

• Google Calculated Delivery Speed Estimates: When you enable this feature, we collect order details, including the order date, shipping address zip codes, and fulfilment details. This data is shared with Google for "Google Calculated Delivery Speed Estimates" feature. By default, our access includes all order details, including customer information. However, we do not process or store such personally identifiable information (PII) of your customers on any of our servers or repositories.
• Conversions API for Facebook (Meta) and Google: We access and immediately share relevant customer data in a hashed format to Facebook and Google. This data is not stored by us post transmission.

4. Third-Party Privacy Policies

Our Privacy Policy applies only to the Simprosys APIs App. It does not apply to other advertisers or websites (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, eBay). Please review their separate privacy policies for details on their data practices and opt-outs.

5. Data Processed via Google's API

Our plugin places a high value on your privacy and treats your data with the utmost care and responsibility. Any data we obtain through Google APIs is used by our plugin or shared with other applications in strict adherence to the Google API Services User Data Policy. This includes strict compliance with the policy's Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Retention and Security

We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, including for satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process it, whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and applicable legal requirements.

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption, secure storage of credentials, and strict access controls to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, so absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.

7. Commercial Disclosures and Sale of Personal Information

As of the date of this Privacy Policy, Simprosys APIs App does not sell personal information and has not sold any personal information in the past 12 months. We may share personal information with trusted service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as customer support and plugin maintenance.

Simprosys APIs App will not sell personal information of our users, store owners, or customers in the future.

8. Your Data Protection Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of your personal data processed by our plugin. You may also object to certain types of processing. Simprosys does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. 12. Fraud & Spam Prevention

Simprosys Infomedia takes fraud and spam seriously. To protect our systems, services, and users:

• We monitor our app usage for suspicious or abusive behaviors such as automated attacks, unauthorized data scraping, or fraudulent transactions.
