We collect personal information when you voluntarily provide it while integrating the App with your BigCommerce store. The type of data collected depends on your interactions with us and the features you use. The collected data includes like Name, Email address, Phone number, and Other similar contact details

Note: We do not access any information related to your orders or customers.

Store Information

We collect basic information from your store, including Store Name, Address, Contact Email, Support Email, Phone Number, BigCommerce Plan

This information is used to send notification emails regarding process completion or errors in the product data feed. We also use this data to maintain effective communication with store owners regarding the App’s functions.

We do not send promotional emails for cross-selling services or introducing unrelated services. However, we may send emails regarding Feature updates, Bug fixes, Documentation changes, and Other updates affecting the App’s functionality

Product Information

We access and read product-related data such as Product Titles, Description, Images, Prices, Barcodes and SKUs, Variants and their details
