Basic App Charges

The Simprosys Customer Match Lists App for Shopify offers you a 14-day free trial period after which it charges $2.99/month, billed by Shopify every month. This includes 4 default audience lists created by our app:

1. All Visitors List: This list includes all visitors on your website.
2. Cart Abandoners List: This includes customers who have initiated the checkout but did not complete the purchase.
3. Customer List: It includes customers who have made purchases on your store.
4. Newsletter Subscribers List: This includes the subscribers to the newsletter on your website.

This app charge [$2.99/month] is basic and will have to be activated irrespective of using the default lists stated above.

Rule-based Custom Audience Lists:

We also provide an option to build your own list using various rules based on your campaign creation preferences and charge $2.99/month per list.

Here are different rules based on which you can create lists:

Order Price

The list will be created based on the value of an order placed by each customer.

Shipping Location

Customers will be added based on the billing address location and filter used by you when creating the list.

Order Tag

You can create a list based on the order tags that you might have assigned to the orders placed by customers.

Product Vendor

You can create a list based on the vendor of the product ordered.

Order Date Range

This list will include all the customers who have placed the order as per the selected order range.

Order Count

This rule will add customers based on the order count filter that you select.

Total Spend

This list will prepare a list of customers based on their lifetime value with your business.

Sync Historical Customers’ Data

The list building starts the day you install the app, and it will consider the customer data of the last 30 days.

However, you can add past customers’ data to your lists by paying a one-time charge of $2.99/1000 customers for all the lists you’ll be using this data for.
